The fellowship will be a full-time, ten-week program taking place in person during the summer quarter, with the following timeline. Please note that dates are subject to change:
Application period: November 1, 2025-January 19, 2026
Application closes: January 19, 2026 at 11:59 pm
Faculty-Student Interviews: On a rolling basis. Not all faculty will conduct interviews.
Selected fellows notified: Rolling, but by March 1, 2026 at latest
Deadline to commit to fellowship: Friday, March 20, 2026
Fellowship duration: Monday, June 22, 2026 through Friday, August 28, 2026
- June 22-July 2 from 9am-4pm: Boot camp
- July 6-August 28: Research project period with faculty and their research team
- Every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer: Professional Development workshops for EI Fellows, led by affiliated faculty and/or their research staff
- Thursday, August 27: Fellow-led presentations on research projects. All affiliated faculty and their research teams are invited to attend!
