The fellowship is a full-time, ten-week program taking place in person during the summer quarter, with the following timeline.
Fellowship duration: Monday, June 22, 2026 through Friday, August 28, 2026
- June 22-July 2 from 9am-4pm: Boot camp
- July 6-August 28: Research project period with faculty and their research team
- Every Tuesday 12:30-1:30 and Thursday 2-3 throughout the summer: Professional Development workshops for EI Fellows, led by affiliated faculty and/or their research staff
- Every Tuesday 1:30-2:30 and Thursday 3-4: Optional Office Hours with Fellowship team staff
- Thursday, August 27, 12-2: Fellow-led presentations on research projects. All affiliated faculty and their research teams are invited to attend!
