Avery Yue is a rising second year undergraduate student at Stanford University and an Educational Impact Fellow at SCALE. She also studies social psychology with the Stanford Dweck-Walton lab, researching the effect of interventions to improve academic outcomes of immigrant secondary students.
Outside of the lab, she is the Executive Director of Willow Way Tutoring & Enrichment, an online, multilingual tutoring non-profit serving Central Valley secondary schools. She is passionate about boosting educational success, researching and developing the pathways to do so, and utilizing data science to advance research in social systems.
In Summer 2025, Avery will be working with Professor Judith Fan and the Cognitive Tools Lab team.
