Naomi Kao is a Biology student on the path to medicine with minors in Education and Music. She is interested in learning about child development, how people learn to read, and how we can help those with learning disabilities have equal educational experiences. Her long-term goal is to become a doctor, potentially in pediatrics or OB/GYN. During the Summer of 2026 she will be an Educational Impact Fellow and is very excited to join the Rapid Online Assessment of Reading (ROAR) team under the mentorship of Dr. Jason Yeatman and Dr. Carrie Townley-Flores.
