Research Associate
I am leading a statewide research initiative as part of SCALE's "Getting Down to Facts III" project. My role involves interviewing 200 principals from across California to gather their insights and experiences. These interviews will directly inform major policy recommendations aimed at improving K-12 education for all students in California. Through this work, I am contributing essential, on-the-ground perspectives to a comprehensive study shaping the future of education policy in the state.
