The National Student Support Accelerator (NSSA) at Stanford University’s SCALE Initiative is seeking an undergraduate student from Stanford University to be an Engagement Intern to support engagement, communications, and research dissemination efforts. This is a temporary role expected to run from June to December 2025 for up to 30 hours/week during the summer, then up to 15 hours/week during the school year (negotiable).
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Communications & Engagement Manager, the Engagement Intern will:
- Co-manage NSSA’s social media presence and track engagement analytics.
- Support the development of research dissemination plans.
- Coordinate advisory group meetings and communications.
- Update and maintain the Tutoring Database.
- Track and analyze monthly website and social media performance.
Other duties may include:
- Build and maintain audience contact lists.
- Plan and coordinate webinars, including outreach and logistics, and support presentation development.
- Track and manage external conference proposals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and present research-based information effectively.
- Experience in education, research, or program coordination is a plus.
- Experience with Canva and Google suite preferred.
