The Stanford SCALE Initiative and Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE) invite you to join us for a virtual statewide education partner briefing on the next phase of the Getting Down to Facts III project. Your leadership and perspective are essential as we work to connect rigorous research with the realities facing California’s students, families, and schools. This virtual session brings together community partners, policymakers, researchers, and education leaders to share plans, understand overlap, and collaborate on the statewide work ahead for California schools.
Our objectives for the hour:
- Preview the Research & Initial Plan
We will present the current GDTFIII agenda, preview upcoming research briefs, and walk through the 2026 engagement timeline. We will also highlight how emerging findings connect to urgent statewide K-12 priorities, including school finance, governance, and student wellbeing. - Understand Where our Work Overlaps
We will engage key community partners in California education to build shared understanding of the project’s goals and identify areas of alignment with your ongoing policy and research efforts. - Collaborate and Co-Lead on Next Steps
We will outline specific opportunities for partners to help shape the next phase of the work, including ways to participate in future convenings, distribute briefs to their networks, and help shape the next phase of statewide education policy dialogue and impact for Getting Down to Facts III.
Thank you for your partnership and commitment to advancing equitable outcomes for California’s students.
