Graduate Research Assistant
Bess Markel is a first-year doctoral student in the SHIPS Education Policy program. She comes from the University of Chicago, where she worked at the Education Lab on the Personalized Learning Initiative. Bess holds an MSc in Education Research and Methodology from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Economics and Education from Swarthmore College.
