The National Student Support Accelerator (NSSA) at Stanford University’s SCALE Initiative is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support engagement, communications, and research dissemination efforts. This is a part-time, temporary role expected to run from June to December 2025 and will entail 15-19 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Communications & Engagement Manager, with close collaboration with the Tutoring Quality & Improvement Manager, the Coordinator will:
- Manage NSSA’s social media presence and track engagement analytics.
- Support the development of a research and resource dissemination plan.
- Coordinate advisory group meetings and communications.
- Update and maintain the Tutoring Database.
- Track and analyze monthly website and social media performance.
Other potential responsibilities:
- Build and maintain audience contact lists.
- Plan and coordinate webinars, including outreach and logistics.
- Track and manage external conference proposals.
- Support coordination of grant reporting efforts.
- Develop and disseminate strategic advising communications, ensuring follow-ups after key meetings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and present research-based information effectively.
- Experience in education, research, or program coordination is a plus.
- Experience with Canva and Google suite preferred.
Details
This is a part-time role and the individual can expect to commit a minimum of 15 hrs up to a maximum of 19 hours per week. This role is for the period June 2025 through December 2025. The expected pay range for this position is $32-$36/hour based on the candidate’s experience.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a part-time position.
